Monthly Bookkeeping and Reconciliation – Manage review of your business’ income and expense transactions on a weekly/monthly basis, to effectively monitor verify funds coming and going.

Financial Reporting Tailored for Business Growth – Monthly preparation and review of the (3) major financial reports which include (Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, Income Statement) so you know exactly what’s happening with your business health. This also provides you with an opportunity to receive suggestions of tweaking which will support your business goals month to month.

Quickbooks Coaching - This session allows us to discuss any of your Quickbooks Online questions while providing hands on training.  Custom training is based on the client’s needs.  There is a cost associated with this service.

Tax Strategy and Preparation – As a licensed tax preparer, I am able to work with you in order to strategize bookkeeping activities during the year to align with a plan to maximize savings for the business at tax time. 

The best part of this is at the end of the year, it's simple to use account data already categorized and maintained to generate information which flows directly into the tax preparation process for either you or your Accountant's use.

Financial Reporting – Support also provided for quarterly tax estimates.
