Hi, I’m Hope Brown, MSA, Founder/Owner of Brown Business Solutions, LLC  (BBS) – I'm also a Virtual Bookkeeper, Tax Preparer, Project Manager and Business Consultant who is super passionate about helping small businesses become productive and succeed!  

While working as a tax preparer for one of the major retail tax companies, I begin to notice a trend with my small business tax clients not being prepared with their financial data during tax time.  We literally were spending hours trying to organize a years worth of income/expense data for their businesses.  Without a solid tax strategy being worked regularly and financial organization in their business they were not prepared for tax season.  The result unfortunately was clients loosing big on potential tax credits they would've been eligible for if only they were keeping accurate records consistently.  Noticing this was an issue for many, I began to work with several businesses to help establish basic bookkeeping practices and tax strategies in their business processes during the year.  This resulted in organization of their financial activities and accurate financial report information that gave them an edge during the year.  Even better, business owners seriously enjoyed the fact that they were completely organized when it came to tax time and best of all, NO SURPRISES.
