VIP BOOKKEEPING DAY SERVICE PROCESS
Our Approach
Our approach to your VIP Bookkeeping Day Services will consist of a (4) step process that maximizes your service from beginning to end. for clients. Following your service, we are also available for is a 4 step process provide proactive and responsive service to our clients. We are always available to answer questions and provide guidance. We also provide ongoing support to help our clients stay on top of their finances and make informed decisions.
QBO ASSESSMENT & VIP DAY Strategy planning
In Step 1, we'll first take the time to perform an assessment of your current Quickbooks Online books to identify areas that we will cover during your VIP Day to maximize your service. Prior to your VIP Day service, we'll meet directly to discuss the strategy to address issue areas or other new setup activities that need to be completed to bring your books up-to-speed!
QBO CLEAN-UP/CATCH-Up SERVICES
During Step 2 of your services, we'll be in the books doing the clean-up work. Items identified in the assessment and follow-on strategy sessions will be worked on to bring-your-books up-to-date and/or corrected in each area identified. During clean-up time, we'll be working independently but will need to reach out to you with questions using our direct method of communication for the day which will be either Slack or Voxer.
CEO WALK-THru Tour/ TURNOVER
Yes, we made it to Step 3 and this means it's time to walk you as the CEO thru your completed books. We'll review items on your task list which have been identified and now completed. We'll discuss an action plan for you to continue management independently of your Quickbooks Online books so you have a solid process moving forward for continued bookkeeping.
CEO MANAGEMENT
In Step 4, we return control of your Quickbooks Online account back over to you! You're now empowered with organized books along with defined processes to continue general bookkeeping tasks moving forward.
And, don't worry! I'll still have your back after your VIP Bookkeeping Day!
Following the completion of your VIP Bookkeeping Day Services, don't worry! We will still be here to support you with 30 days of support following your VIP service days as follows:
- Continued Voxer or Slack support for 30 days following your service day.
- A (30) minute private session within 30 days following your service day.
And if you need continued support and accountability, we can introduce you to the CEO Tax Minded Bookkeeper Support Community which provides bookkeeping and tax related support to members.
We also are able to support you with your reoccurring bookkeeping needs on a monthly or quarterly basis!
